Pennsylvania clients pay 6% sales tax on design services. Out-of-state clients typically do not. We spell it out clearly on your proposal.
Yes. Standard terms are 50% to start, 50% on launch. For projects over $15k we can split into three or four milestones. We do not charge interest.
We pause, write a short change order describing the new scope and price, and you approve it before we proceed. No surprise invoices, ever.
Most don't, exactly. The tiers are starting points. After a 30-minute scoping call we write a custom proposal with a fixed price for your specific scope. Takes us 2 to 3 business days.
